Messi Vs Robben, Teams Talk Tough

After yesterday's epic game, Argentina will be looking to defend South America's football honour and they tackle a determined Holland side.

The game is billed to start by 9 pm and will feature the brilliance of Lional Messi and Arjen Robben.
Holland's captain and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie participation in today's game is doubtful after being struck down by a stomach illness.

Argentina are also losing their in form midfielder Angel di Maria, due to a thigh strain, Di Maria had gotten them the winning goal against Switzerland.

Netherland coach Van Gaal said: “Tomorrow (Wednesday), I’ll have to take all these decisions, not today,” said the 62-year-old, whose side required penalties to overcome Costa Rica in the quarter-finals.
“We have more than 24 hours before the match and Robin van Persie is a very important player for us.“In principle, my captains always play, but only if they’re 100 percent.”

Van Gaal has also said that Ron Vlaar might come back if his Knee injury improves, as Nigel de jong came back to training last week despite being ruled out.

Argentina's Coach Sabella has revealed that his wards, Rojo will be available but Aguero is a touch and go situation

Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella said: “The Netherlands have a brilliant coach,” Sabella said. “He’s able to vary his tactical schemes and has shown that throughout his career, which is not a bad thing at all. He seems like a very intelligent person.”
