It was reported that the Huyim village was thrown into confusion after nine of their kinsmen was killed by the insurgents. It was also reported that the attack on the Huyim village happened after the gunmen had killed the village head, burning houses, churches and inflicting many with injuries.
The terrorist sect attacked many christian community around the village, shooting at everyone in sight , a local vigilante revealed. It could be recalled that just recently, the residents of Buni Yadi town in Gujba local government area of Yobe State, were raided by the Boko Haram sect.
