Former Big brother winner and actress, Karen Igho has revealed why she has been off social media for a while now.
We had earlier reported that not much has been heard of her since the announcement she made that she had cancer, last year, December.
At the time she tweeted this sad news she was awaiting results that indicated she had breast cancer.
It's been confirmed and she is currently undergoing treatment in a UK hospital.
