Aftermath Of Mubi Town After Boko Haram Attack

Mubi, the hometown of Nigeria’s Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Alex Badeh, fell into the hands of the Boko Haram sect in October 20, and was recaptured by Nigerian military and local vigilantes in November 13.

But only two days ago army officials confirmed the town free from Boko Haram insurgents.
After more than month of fights early full of students from the three educational institutions town became empty and devastated. See below more photos.

It would be recalled that the Nigerian army have destroyed armoured carrier, killed militants in a fierce encounter with Boko Haram militants at Muva Junction yesterday.
