While the Wrecking Ball songbird (Miley) was absent from sandy festivities, Tish was joined by daughters Noah, 14, and 26-year-old Brandi – from her first marriage.
Showing off her trim physique in a skimpy black halter-neck two-piece, it was clear to see where the former Hannah Montana star gets her penchant for inkings.
Billy Ray's missus displayed several etchings speckled across her skin; including a tattooed anklet, large rose on her hip, and a pair of angel wings on her back.
In keeping with her I'm-a-cool-parent get-up, she opted for a smiley face cap and oversized aviators too.
