The deceased was said to have been complaining of chest and heart pains before her untimely sad death, although the ailment was not successfully diagnosed. However, in an exclusive chat with Encomium, their manager debunked the rumor that the twins got married to another set of twins secretly. He made it known that the twins have never married. He said:
“I can tell you authoritatively that she was never married and the tale is total falsehood.”
However, Encomium reports that the late singer and her twin sister were alleged to have had a thing for a certain Lagos-based captain who showered them with different gifts which included the two cute Hyundai cars the girls drive around Lagos.

The married man was said to have been the money-producing machine who aided the treading to limelight of the twins. He was said to have been the engineer behind the successful album launch of their last album, Destiny Calling, held at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos in 2011.

He was also said to have allegedly gotten the deceased, Taiwo, a new Hyundai Elantra, on her birthday in 2012. The secret hot romance was said to have blossomed and brought forth Taiwo’s first pregnancy which he encouraged her to abort.
However, no sooner than the deceased removed the pregnancy, the Captain was said to have distance himself from the twin sisters.

“All the spoils, stopped for the girls when he made the attempt to retrieve the new car.  Taiwo, became mad at him and threatened to wreck his family by revealing everything that transpired between them to his wife,”  the close source revealed.
Taiwo Oshadipe was however said to have gotten pregnant again in 2013, giving birth to a baby boy. However, the paternity of the new bundle of joy was kept secret as anytime the issue comes up during an interview, the singer had always dodged any question that had to do with the father of the baby as she was reluctant to let the cat out of the bag.

When the secret appeared to have been blown open with a shocking rumor that the father of the baby is the Captain and financier of the group, the sisters were said to have insisted that the baby is as a result of Taiwo Oshadipe’s long time secret romance with him.

Encomium made it known that Taiwo and her sister reportedly relocated from their apartment in Oko Oba area of Lagos to a posh apartment in an undisclosed area of Lagos by her lover, when her stomach was protruding before the birth of the baby boy.

The deceased’s candlelight procession was however done yesterday with many family members missing in the procession due to traffic issues in Lagos. The singing duo are known for playing contemporary, inspirational and gospel music. Their popularity and fame came after the release of the song Dide Olorun Mi.
