Former Inspector General of Police’s first son, Jamil Abubakar was spotted yesterday doing the unusual.Jamil was spotted yesterday, 8th of January 2015  partying with celebrities in the US. He was spotted at the King of R&B R. Kelly’s surprise birthday party. The party which hosted lots of stars celebrated the popular singer who clocked 48. Jamil was also spotted with TI.
