Dare, is among the 1000 beneficiaries to win the Bill Gates Millenium
scholarship worth $350,000, Maryland, USA.
The Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS) Program selects 1,000 talented students each year to receive a good-through-graduation scholarship to use at any college or university of their choice.
Oluwatobi who lives in America has always been her parents' pride.
She has shown a consistent display of talent and intelligence since he started pre-school education.
