Runa Khan, who is a mother of six children, was detained in September this year after she posted series of messages on her Facebook page encouraging terrorism in Syria.
One of the messages that was accompanying a picture of an explosive vest reads, “Sisters, if you love your sons, husbands and brothers, prove it by sending them to fight for Allah.”
The woman also urged her Facebook friends to become suicide bombers and was trying to radicalise her own children. When she was arrested police found a photo of her two-year-old son with a toy assault rifle and a jihadist book on her phone, as well as images of her and her older children holding a sword.
Khan did not hide her sympathy to violent ideology, she said that she supports suicide bombing, beheadings, stonings and amputations. She was jailed for five years and three months.
