Photos: APC Holds Grand Rally In Ado-Ekiti, A Day After Jos Twin Blasts

The All Progressive Congress (APC held a grand rally today, May 21 in Ado-Ekiti to drum up support for Kayode Fayemi, the incumbent governor of Ekiti State.

The rally was graced by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Gen Muhammadu Buhari (retd), Governor of Kano State Rabiu Kwankwaso, Kwara State Governor Abdul Fatah Ahmed, Tom Ikimi, Gov. Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers state, former governors Segun Oni and Timipre Sylva, Bisi Akande, Gov. Adams Oshiomole of Edo state, Gov. Fashola of Lagos state, Gov. Okorocha Rochas and many others.

Speaking during the event, Bola Tinubu, former governor of Lagos State and national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC called on the people of Ekiti State to return Kayode Fayemi, as the governor of Ekiti State.

Sweep them, clear them because the APC is the cure of Nigeria headache and ineptitude, vote for the right party,” Tinubu said, adding that they should not sell their votes, and not be afraid of the police.

Meanwhile earlier today, the National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party cancelled, the presidential flag-off of Ayo Fayose governorship campaign slated for Thursday May 22nd which according to the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh, is in honour of the victims of Tuesday’s explosions in Jos.

Metuh also accused the APC of celebrating terrorism by going on with their rally.
